Job Description

Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials, ensuring quantities and specifications meet delivery documents. Issue materials to production according to approved requests and maintain accurate real-time stock updates. Assist in performing regular stock checks, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy. Update stock transactions in the system promptly and maintain proper filing of all warehouse documentation. Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Purchasing teams to support timely material movement and replenishment. Monitor storage conditions, ensuring adherence to 5S and safety standards within the warehouse area. Prepare items for shipment, including labelling, packing, and documentation according to requirements. Support any ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by the superior.

What we're looking for

Diploma in Business Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent qualification. Minimum 1 year of working experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations. Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Good understanding of stock management and basic data entry. Familiarity with SAP or other inventory systems will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they possess high discipline and willingness to learn.
