:JOB DESCRIPTIONGeneral operative duties in this instance could include: * Performing daily Styline system (in-house system) transactions.

• Ensure daily stock in and out the record is updated accurately.
• Placing orders and follow-up closely with QC, receiving and updating the input in the Styline system.
• Advise any inquiry from customer service related to stock availability.
• Maintaining and Monitoring GP Item and Inventory.
• Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers.
• Responsible for daily PR issuance.
• Able to plan daily work with minimum supervision.
• Any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENT * Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in fast-faced working environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills.
