Job Description

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

Perform safe and efficient loading and unloading of cartons to prevent damage or injury. Carry out shrink wrapping, strapping, and bubble wrapping of shipments according to standard requirements to ensure secure transit. Measure dimensions and record the gross weight of shipments as instructed by the Head of Department or Supervisor. Build and palletize shipments based on the order/master list and Supervisor's instructions. Operate lifting equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jacks) responsibly and in compliance with safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and organised work area through daily housekeeping practices. Conduct scanning procedures for all incoming and outgoing air shipments to ensure accurate tracking and documentation. Ensure timely accurate updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including full utilization of the Postal System. Accurately pick postal items according to order requirements and prepare orders on time for airline submission. Update warehouse stock records and monitor long-pending cargo for timely follow-up Ensure full utilization of the WMS-Postal Systems. Ensure correct postal items are picked as per order requirements and prepared on time for airline submission. Ensure inventory count matches physical stock, and track rejected orders and rework volumes. Adhere strictly to customer SOPs, company rules, and safety regulations. Maintain high operational standards in all warehouse activities.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Able to independently manage and complete daily tasks and responsibilities. At least an SPM, Higher Secondary Certificate, or Diploma in any field. Must have a minimum of 1 year of working experience in a relevant industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SMK, and Excel. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Hardworking and willing to work on weekends and public holidays. A good team player with discipline and the ability to follow instructions.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
