- Support daily Warehouse activities including invoicing, receiving, in and outgoing stock movements, and stock control.
- Preparing daily stock report after checking of stock opening and closing
- Plan top up and ordering stock continuously to make sure no shortage of supply and loading is not affected
- Perform monthly stock count, check stock accuracy and determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for next order if necessary
- Contact supplier or purchasing in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortage, missed or late deliveries items and others problems.
- Accurately enter data for all received and outgoing goods into computer system.
- Maintain the accuracy of the Inventory Card and carry the stock count as at when required
