Job Description

Job Responsibility Warehouse Manage Rental Warehouse Storage, Return, Re-Packing, and Repair Daily Operations. Maintain Receiving, Warehousing, and Distribution Operations by Initiating, Coordinating, and Enforcing Programs, Operational, and Personnel Policies and Procedures. Safeguard Warehouse Operations and Contents by Establishing and Monitoring Security Procedures and Protocols. Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling them with the system. Monitor system data updates on stock in/out and ensure accuracy in return and re-packing condition status updates. Maintain warehouse layout, product storage, and the physical condition. Ensure the forklift is in good condition by conducting daily checks and scheduling maintenance and servicing as needed. Maintain the warehouse weighing bridge in good condition and ensure its weight accuracy. Logistics Maintain daily lorry delivery and receiving operations by monitoring the quantity received and ensuring accurate documentation. Ensure proper documentation and take photos after lorry loading/unloading and keep them as records. Manage driver, lorry maintenance, Puspakom, road tax, and the arrangement for lorry deliveries. Manage Sabah/Sarawak container booking, loading, and maximize container space utilization. Manage incoming container arrangements, container unloading, and avoid detention, over-delivery, and demurrage charges. Job Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree in a Logistics & Warehouse relevant field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management systems. Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. The ability to communicate in multiple dialects will be an added advantage.
