Job Description
- Diploma/Bachelors\' Degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Team
- Knowledge in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
- Conduct regular stock counts to verify the accuracy of inventory levels.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure the availability of packaging items and dry ingredients.
- Update inventory records and report discrepancies to the Retail manager.
- Pick and pack orders according to the daily dispatch schedule.
- Ensure all packaging items and dry ingredients are packed according to company standards.
- Coordinate with the logistics\' team for the timely dispatch of goods.
- Supervise the unloading of incoming shipments and verify the contents against purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to optimize space and improve operational
- Inspect packaging items and dry ingredients for defects or damage.
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards before dispatch.
