Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Warehouse Executive

to manage daily warehouse operations including inventory, inbound/outbound flow, and quality control. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to support retail and e-commerce fulfillment while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching. Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct stock takes, and analyze variances. Supervise warehouse staff and foreign workers, ensuring safety compliance. Coordinate with merchandising, retail, and marketing teams for replenishment and events. Prepare and maintain warehouse reports (daily, weekly, monthly). Support continuous improvement and ad-hoc warehouse projects.

Job Requirements

Education:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Experience:

1-3 years in warehouse operations (fashion retail/e-commerce preferred).

Skills:

Knowledge of WMS, ERP, and inventory management. Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel and data tools. Leadership experience in supervising warehouse teams. Understanding of e-commerce fulfillment and last-mile logistics.
