Job Description

:

Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in dispatching, identifying, receiving and ensuring quality products. Responsible for planning and delivering effective and efficient operations of assigned department. Meet or exceed all customer's KPI and internal quality objectives. Conduct regular monitoring of the KPIs and quality objectives and report the performance to the manager. Communicate closely with the customer and ensure that customer's requirements are understood and fulfilled by the team. Actively and continuously participate in quality improvements and implement new methods and processes review. Ensure timely submission of department reports as required by the management and customer. Prepare, pick, pack, schedule and route orders for delivery. Oversee the warehouse inventory, material handling, transportation and manpower planning. Oversee the movement, distribution and storage of products. Ensure department work areas are properly maintained to facilitate work ergonomics. Coordinate shipments, delivery schedule and related logistic workflow. Preparing monthly KPI and monthly reports. Collaborate with the team and customer to drive lean and continuous improvement projects on process and productivity movements and cost reductions. Prepared and monitor Handling Line report and also Manpower Productivity Report (based on invoice lines)
