ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Primarily responsible for warehouse daily operational results. To supervise & monitor warehouse daily operations and ensure all the activities are conducted according to the company\'s SOP & safety regulations. To assist the team in achieving the objective of the Warehouse department according to the company\xe2\x80\x99s leadership principles.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Responsible for warehouse daily operational results. Drive execution of process improvement plans, achieve operations improvement goals, ensure priorities and accountabilities are clear, and provide resources.
• Lead projects and improvement initiatives, scheduling and planning, control budgeting
• Focus on improving simple/basic performance through ELS efforts.
• Implement operational improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, training, inventory, and services.
• Ensure the practice of all health and safety procedures, ensuring that safety is employees\xe2\x80\x99 top priority.
• Ensure that team members meet site goals and objectives.
• Plans, directs and coordinates the ordering and distribution of products, parts, and accessories. Ensures adequate and timely distribution of these elements to attain maximum sales potential consistent with good inventory control.
• Understand and implement ISO 9001 procedures related to the role and responsibilities
• Ensures maximum efficient operations of facilities and equipment, as well as the care of all grounds and support equipment, through the direction of technical support staff.
• Train and provide development opportunities for staff. Ensure annual goals are complete and communicated.
• Monitor and evaluate team members, and plan the training as required.
• Responsible for training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Degree in any related field required
• 4-5 years of working experience in warehouse operations in manufacturing industries
• Strong organizational skills in strategy, communication at all levels, and execution.
• Strong leadership skills - the ability to lead, contribute and influence others in a team-based organization
• Experience in computer systems, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and function-specific software.
