Position Summary

Principal Responsibilities

1. To coordinate the planning, layout, receiving, storage, removal and movement of raw materials inventory in the warehouse in an orderly and systematic manner.
2. Maintain goods storage and handling practices to avoid damage of materials
3. Ensure proper verification, recording and documentation of inventory movement in the warehouse.
4. Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and act immediately to reduce inventory discrepancies through regular stock check.
5. Conduct regular stock checks on inventory and identify slow moving or obsolete inventory for write off.
6. Ensure all warehouse assigned tasks are performed in a safe manner in accordance the company\'s safety rules and also when operating warehouse vehicles and materials handling equipment.
7. Ensure proper housekeeping and support all 5S activities in maintaining the general warehouse cleanliness and conditions at all times.
8. Perform daily safety checks on warehouse materials handling equipment and vehicles to ensure safe operations.
9. Ensure the accuracy of the warehouse inventory by performing routine cycle count of the goods in the warehouse.
10. To work closely with materials / purchasing team on the delivery of materials and goods into the warehouse in a timely and efficient manner.
11. Ensure inventory discrepancies are investigated in a timely manner and communicated.
12. Ensure all personnel are effectively trained on GMP, safety and matter related to stock and warehouse management.
13. At all times maintain a high level of security, safety, cleanliness and communication.
14. Undertake effective OSH measures to ensure compliance, within the workplace, with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and other legislative requirements.

Education / Experience Requirements

Qualification :
Degree in Business or Logistics / Warehouse Management

Experience :
2 - 3 years\' experience in Logistic / Warehouse operations.
Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with competent use of Microsoft Office applications tools
