Possess at least a Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics Management or a relevant field.
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
Possess knowledge of warehouse operations
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Computer literacy is essential.
Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin is required, as this role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking management.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, process orders, coordinate shipments, and manage documentation.
Inspect incoming goods for quantity and quality.
Organize inventory with labeling and tagging.
Retrieve items based on order specifications and securely pack them for shipment.
Process customer orders, verify order details, generate packing lists or delivery orders, and prepare shipments.
Assess and estimate raw material and product inventory levels based on production and sales capacities.
Communicate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers regarding shipments.
Conduct monthly inventory counts.
Oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and report any potential hazards or incidents.
