- Responsible for management and warehousing and logistics team.
- Responsible in supervising and controlling the warehouse functions including personnel and premises.
- To ensure adequate availability of documented procedures that preserve the safety and quality of the materials and finished products stored in warehouse.
- To check and ensure good maintenance, housekeeping and hygiene in the warehouse area.
- To ensure required initial and continuous training for warehouse personnel are carried out accordingly.
- To authorize the issuance of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products from warehouse according to FIFO/FEFO.
- Responsible for the monitoring and management of stock levels, delivery times and transportation.
- Responsible in maintaining inventory lists, review paperwork and reports, checking the material/product information, process shipping orders and provide customer service.
- To visually assess materials/products during stock taking and send samples to laboratory for re-assessment when necessary.
- Responsible in identifying discrepancies and coming-up with solutions.
- Responsible in compliance of Good Distribution Practise and Good Manufacturing Practise at warehouse area.
- Any other duties whenever assigned.
