Requirements
Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
• Able to travel outstation and open for relocation
• Strong Communication Skill
• Positive attitude with passion for collaborative teamwork
• Possess strong organization skills and planning abilities
• Working Location: Selangor / Malacca / Negeri Sembilan / Johor / Kedah / Pahang / Penang / Perak

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations
• Ensure timely shipping and receiving all goods on time
• Ensure that all orders are completed on time and ready for collection or delivery
• Develop and implement operational policies and standards to align with company requirements
• Assist in managing warehouse operations by scheduling and assigning tasks to employees
• Recruiting, selecting, orienting and training warehouse staff
• Provide assistance in personnel, training and development, safety, technical and operation matters
• Coordinate and oversee all relevant activities
• Work closely with internal and external team to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse, including equipment, vehicles (such as lorries or forklifts), and other related assets
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of warehouse
• Report key information and decisions to Warehouse Manager
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by the superior or manager
