Kelayakan

• Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
• Skilled in basic computer operations (Excel / Word).
• Able to type Mandarin characters using Pinyin input method.
• Passionate about learning and highly responsible.

Tanggungjawab

• Receive goods delivered by suppliers or headquarters.
• Verify quantity and quality of goods to ensure accuracy with purchase orders.
• Accurately sort and place items in designated warehouse locations.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure system records match physical stock.
• Record and update inventory data to maintain accuracy.
• Pick and pack orders based on agent or customer requests.
• Ensure proper packaging, complete items, and compliance with company's shipping standards.
• Coordinate with logistics companies or couriers to ensure timely shipment.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to company procedures, verify, and update warehouse stock.
• Update system records and report to relevant departments when necessary.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure aisles remain clear.
• Perform regular stock counts as scheduled.
• Coordinate with customer service, marketing, and finance departments to ensure smooth order flow.
• Assist with stock preparation and dispatch for promotional activities.
• Support ad-hoc warehouse and logistics tasks assigned by the company.
• Ensure compliance with work guidelines, SOPs, and quality control plans.
