\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all Purchase Requisition received in-order. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide operations support to the branch and assist Manager in handling branches enquiries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for resolving branches issues related to stocks and delivery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing Delivery order and Transfer note upon completing PR. Posted in system when logistic have arranged delivery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Confirming stocks availability and stocks rotation when needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing and downloading DO, Invoices, Sales return, Credit note and statement base on monthly basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Alert / highlight out of stocks list for replenishment to Purchasing Dept.
