Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all logistic operations, Warehousing including receiving, and delivery section Ensure accuracy of inventory records, conduct regular audits, and resolve discrepancies Coordinate with sales team, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to meet delivery schedules Optimize the Logistic space utilization and implement efficient of warehouse layout Enforce safety and security protocols to protect warehouse staff and property Train and supervise the warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices Prepare and analyze reports on Logistic activities, performance, and inventory levels Any other duty assigned by your superior
Qualifications

Diploma/ Degree in Logistics or any other related field with at least 5 years' experience in warehouse operations or logistics and Packaging & Printing Industries is advantage. Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedure Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Office, forklift certification (if required)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
