Job Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations -- from receiving to dispatch -- ensuring smooth material flow and accurate documentation. Verify and store all incoming materials in designated bins immediately upon receipt. Track and update subcontractor delivery status to ensure readiness before fabrication. Ensure all Delivery Orders (DOs) and Packing Lists (PLs) are received and updated in ERP (Epicor) promptly; resolve any discrepancies with suppliers or purchasing. Maintain accurate stock levels for steel materials and Kanban parts; trigger purchases or hold deliveries based on warehouse capacity. Organize warehouse layout to ensure safety, accessibility, and efficiency. Conduct weekly cycle counts and assist in annual stock take to ensure inventory accuracy. Manage company lorry usage and coordinate transportation schedules and maintenance. Supervise and guide storekeepers and forklift drivers, ensuring compliance with SOPs. Recommend process improvements for better warehouse efficiency and cost control.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2 years of warehouse/logistics experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. ERP system knowledge. Forklift driving skill or valid license highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
