Liaise with vendors & customers to ensure smooth flow of information regarding shipment readiness.
Arranging on time pickup & delivery with customers & vendors.
Communicate with drivers regarding next location / scheduled pickup.
Monitoring the shipment delivery as per schedule.
Tracking delivery and provide update to customers regarding the delivering status.
Maintain accurate records of shipments and operational activities for reporting and analysis.
Maintain good relationship with customers & vendors.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Minimum Diploma holder with relevant course studies in Logistics, Supply Chain and/or another similar area.
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in logistics, supply chain / relevant industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, teams).
Required language (Spoken & written): English and Bahasa Malaysia
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
