Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced

Warehouse Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on warehouse experience and a valid forklift license.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and managing inbound and outbound shipments to ensure smooth flow of goods. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts. Plan, organize, and optimize the warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency. Ensure all goods are properly labelled, stored, and handled according to safety and quality standards. Coordinate with logistics team for timely movement of goods. Identify and resolve stock discrepancies or operational issues promptly. Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety regulations. Provide regular performance reports and updates to the superior.

Operate forklift safely and efficiently (Valid forklift license required).

Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum

2-3 years

of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics. Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in multilingual Malay, English and Chinese. Preferable

candidates that are fluent in Mandarin speaking

abilities to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Valid forklift license

with practical operating experience. Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and safety standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions and manage multiple tasks effectively. Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams.
