Job Description
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in the retail or wholesale sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Basic Salary : RM3500 - RM4000EPF, SOCSO, EIS

They take pride in distributing, selling, servicing, trading-in, and renting cutting-edge multi-functional digital networking imaging and document management systems.They are looking for an organized and proactive Warehouse Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and ensure seamless logistics processes.Position: Warehouse ExecutiveLocation: Petaling JayaResponsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory management, order processing, and stock control.
- Ensure accuracy in inbound and outbound shipments, including proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock counts to maintain accuracy.
- Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assign tasks and oversee workflow to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with transport providers.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on inventory, stock movements, and key metrics to management.
- Identify and address operational discrepancies and inefficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
