Job Description

:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Warehouse Executive to join our team. Your responsibilities will be to look to ensure warehouse stocks are well maintained in accordance to SHE and 5\'s. To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, contractual bonus and career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Service and Operation Team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Maintain healthy stock level management
• Ensure zero stock variance for incoming and outgoing stock
• Solve service operation issues due to shortage of stock
• Implement FIFO/LIFO rotation usage and plan space layout
• Maintain a smooth day to day warehouse operation to maximise the operation efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage overall warehouse to be clean, tidy and all racks are labelled with correct stock
• Manage and coach the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily activities and accuracy in issuance, return, receiving, storage, etc
• Responsible and join monthly for stock count, material return verification, etc

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum a Diploma in Warehouse/ Logistics / Business Management / related discipline of studies with proven track record in warehouse management
• At least 3 - 4 years of working experience in warehouse management
• Strong leadership qualities with planning, organizing and problem solving ability
• Able to work in dynamic and fast paced environment
• Excellent in promoting teamwork and synergize the team towards achieving warehouse KPI
• Driven by data, analytical, able to develop team by managing their daily activities and coach them accordingly
• Computer literate
• Possess own vehicle, is a Malaysian or holds a relevant resident status

Highly Desirable:

• Warehouse management & supervisory skills
• Ability to ensure reports and documentations are timely and accurate
• Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
• Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in decent clear communication. Ability to converse in other local dialects will be an added advantage
