Job Description
MohonTanggungjawabWarehouse Officer for DC Finance/Admin is responsible for:
1. Supporting and providing sufficient reports and data to Management for Both DC (Shah Alam and Penang)
2. To support Head of Distribution Centre, and other departments in related reports / task in compliance with the company's policies and vision
3. To control and monitor the part of Finance tasks by perform the invoices verifications, PR and all the reports related to FinanceQUALIFICATION, SKILL/EXPERIENCE * Must possess at least Diploma in Finance or Accounting or any related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in logistics handling disputes and variance or related tasks.
- Experience with Accounting system, Budgeting and Accounting reconciliation with full set account will be added advantage.
- Must be able liaise and communicate effectively with other Departments.
- Proficient in analytical skill and problem solving skill.
- Computer literacy with understanding on MS office (MS Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Good team player initiative, passionate and pleasant personality.
