Job Description

Responsibilities:

Receiving and Storing Goods:

Receiving deliveries from suppliers and checking them against purchase orders. Sorting, labeling, and placing incoming items in the appropriate storage areas.

Inventory Management:

Maintaining accurate inventory records using warehouse or inventory systems. Performing periodic stock checks and resolving any quantity discrepancies.

Order Fulfillment:

Retrieving items from designated storage locations according to customer orders. Packing products securely and preparing them for shipment or delivery.

Loading and Unloading:

Loading goods onto vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, or related equipment. Unloading incoming shipments and placing them in the correct warehouse sections.

Quality Control:

Checking products for damage or defects during receiving and before dispatch. Reporting any issues, inconsistencies, or faulty items to supervisors or QC personnel.

Warehouse Organization and Cleanliness:

Arranging warehouse areas to ensure safe and efficient storage. Maintaining cleanliness by removing waste, sweeping floors, and keeping the environment hazard-free.

Equipment Maintenance:

Conducting basic checks and routine maintenance on warehouse equipment. Notifying relevant personnel about any equipment faults or repair requirements.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Following all safety rules and procedures to ensure a secure workplace.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

Updating records for inventory movement, received shipments, and outgoing deliveries. Entering accurate data into warehouse systems or spreadsheets.

Collaboration and Communication:

Coordinating with team members and supervisors for smooth daily operations. Communicating effectively about tasks, stock levels, or any operational concerns.

Event and Shop Setup & Dismantling:

Assisting in setting up and dismantling event spaces or store layouts when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Simpang Ampat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:

Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
