: Manage the day to day operations within the sorting center using the daily performance report, track record of high performance and team improvement Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced Dispute resolution within and outside the team Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with staff, regular meeting on team performance Continuously improve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction Improve internal process between the sorting center and the rest of the Operations team, in order to improve Service Level Agreement (SLA) Requirements: More than 10 years experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, courier services industry or similar capacity Demonstrated people management experience in an operational environment with your team responsibility Proven analytical skills and operational management skills Attention to detail in Productivity Management Good Verbal and Written communication skills in Local Language and English Proven ability in leading a team in a result-oriented environment Working location : Perak (Lahat)
