Warehouse Manager Operation to oversees, base rawang, outstation warehouse, and manages all aspects of a warehouse's operations, including inventory management, logistics, and staff supervision, to ensure efficient and safe handling of goods. Key responsibilities include coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, optimizing warehouse layout and processes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

We are seeking a reliable Manager to oversee the overall operations of the warehouse team. The Manager responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage goods and the distribution of goods in the system FIFO.

The goal is to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. Must able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese verbally.

5S management technique, which promotes organization, cleanliness, and efficiency. It's a system that helps to create a more organised and productive workspace by implementing five key principles: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.

Responsibilities:

Strategically plan and manage logistics, operations, warehouse, transportation and customer services Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. Arrange warehouse, categories the racking of goods, plan routes, and process. Resolve any arising problems or complaints. Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets. Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements. Supervise and ensure good work distribution among warehouse workers and ensure work is carried out effectively and efficiently. Monitoring the finished goods to ensure SOP of the system FIFO (first in and first out). Emphasise safety precautions at the workplace & safety compliance to staff. Practice good housekeeping concepts and ensure cleanliness in the warehouse area. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time. Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Warehouse Management, Business Administration or any field related. Required skill(s): inventory and logistics management, forklift, material checking, inventory item expiry date prevention. Required language(s): Mandarin, English (to liaise with associates) At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Prefer, specializing in Inventory/Foods & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Reliable and trustworthy Driving License & preferably a Forklift driver Full-time position(s) available in Rawang
