Maintain accurate inventory records for incoming and outgoing stock and oversee stock levels.
Keep accurate records for receiving non-stock and expense items.
Schedule and monitor transportation activities to optimise delivery efficiency.
Perform logistics duties including receiving, checking, retrieving, loading & unloading, packing.
Repacking and palletizing for export deliveries within a warehouse environment.
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and maintain shipping and customs documentation.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and housekeeping in the warehouse.
Support operations managers and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills as required.
Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM level.
Certificate in Logistic Management is an added advantage.
At least 1-3 years' experience in a logistics role.
Computer literate.
Able to read and write in English and Malay.
Good working attitude, reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
Team player with strong collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
