Introduction
Chrisjac is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Coordinator for our client who is an established distributor and trading of fresh produce, full range of canned fruits and vegetables in Malaysia. This position will be based at their business operations center at Bandar Pinggiran Subang in Shah Alam.
Working hours for this role: 8.30am-5.30pm (Monday-Friday)

This is a full-time permanent role based at the Warehouse in Bandar Pinggiran Subang in Shah Alam area. The role is primarily to facilitate the smooth running of the management of inventory movements and order fulfillment within the warehouse activities. Supporting the distribution operations activities at warehouse, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt of goods/cargo into and out the internal system according to customers specifications. Additional duties will include generating reports, cross checking information and general administration duties.
Role & Responsibilities:
xc2xb7-This position is responsible for the warehouse logistics/distribution functions.
xc2xb7Manage and accountable for the warehouse logistics operations including receiving, delivery arrangement.
xc2xb7Ensure stock received is relocated and distributed in a timely manner to retail and supply chain establishments across Malaysia.
xc2xb7Organize and coordinate delivery activities of stocks/products with transporters
xc2xb7Maintain high level of customer service to ensure sales orders are processed in a timely manner.
xc2xb7Preparing, recording and ensuring proper filling of invoices, Delivery Orders, Credit notes and delivery documents.
xc2xb7Manage the flow of emails in and out for all warehouse activities.
xc2xb7Manage and control all the warehouse deliveries schedules, including control of movements of merchandise/goods from storage areas in the warehouse to the point of sales.
xc2xb7Monitor and assist loading and unloading of merchandise
xc2xb7Conduct physical inventories to determine losses and identify stocks for distribution.
xc2xb7Handle returns, labeling and other assigned warehouse tasks.
Job Requirements
xc2xb7Malaysian male in age below 40.
xc2xb7Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma qualification.
xc2xb7At least 3 years of work experience in managing operations of warehouse/distribution activities.
xc2xb7Be able to demonstrate excellent literacy /numeracy skills.
xc2xb7Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office(Word, Excel)
xc2xb7Good communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
xc2xb7Possess own vehicle or have access to a reliable means of transport as public transport is inadequate in this part of Shah Alam.
