Warehouse & Logistics Manager.

Our client is a home-grown chain pharmacy in Kuala Terengganu, and we\'re currently looking a talent to join the team as a Warehouse and Logistics Manager. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing warehouse operations and logistics management.

Industry: Chain Retail (OTC/Pharmacy)

Working Hour: Monday to Friday

Manage entire function of Warehouse & Logistics operations in headquarter, and lead a team of 20-30 headcounts across logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services teams.

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain a high level of safety practices are strictly followed within the warehouse facility.
• Ensure the effective and safe utilization of warehouse equipment.
• Motivate and discipline staff as necessary to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all transactions.
• Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries.
• Ensure good organization of the warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any issues or complaints.
• Conduct research on ideal shipping methods, routing, and carriers.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with company procedures and operations.
• Evaluate budgets and expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
• Ensure that all operations comply with relevant local regulations, company\'s policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Min. 5-10 years of relevant working experience in warehouse/logistics function, preferably from chain retail/pharma/3PL industry background or relevant.
• Min. Diploma education level or above.
• Required language - English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu.
