Job Description


: The parts team exec will work with SDM (Service Delivery Manager) and SD (Service Desk) to ensure service case which related to spare part are to resolve within SLA given. The candidate will manage spare parts stock replenishment, parts RMA, spares in storage point available across nationwide. Candidates must possess high level organizational skills and be self-motivated in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Main Accountabilities Service Log Ticket \xe2\x80\x93 Project based Logistic Ticket - Reduce & Clear outstanding aging tickets (Project assigned) by advising on the support parts required for arrangement. - Assign support parts to storage point for all outstanding / backlog cases - Packing & label all hardware before delivery - Inform SD operations upon arrangement made Support parts return (Project) - Verify all support parts return by storage point - Ensure all the documents are submitted during the return by storage point Support parts return \xe2\x80\x93 Repairing Workbench (Project) - To check on the faulty items return on the fault before sending for repair - Faulty item return and not repairable update Admin - support on the details for write off with SJF for charge out cost / system - Prepare repairable items to send for repair service within the week Spare part purchase and forecast - To work with SDM to purchase Support Parts for Customer which signed Maintenance Agreement - Report to Parts Manager & SDM when support parts threshold level is low and require replenishment. Specific Deliverables: - Reporting Provide weekly reporting to the customers as per project requirement Provide inventory movement to business units and customers as per requirement Prepare monthly inventory reporting to management on overall support parts analysis (Faulty items, Repair services cost, etc) Prepare monthly inventory reporting of the support stock to Customers Qualifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post \xe2\x80\xa2 Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in IT or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and Japanese are added advantages. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate. Proficiency in Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint with good writing skills \xe2\x80\xa2 SAP knowledge will be added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-Starter, High Integrity, Confident, Team Player, Analytical, Accountable and Resourceful. Good Communication \xe2\x80\xa2 Skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently with minimum supervision \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work overtime upon request \xe2\x80\xa2 Technology (Proficient Level) \xe2\x80\xa2 Mastering a variety of word processing, presentation, time and billing, and practice-related software applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Master communications technology including e-mails, voice messaging systems, video conferencing and related technology. \xe2\x80\xa2 Become familiar with electronic discovery, computerized litigation support and document management software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Become proficient with legal research software and Internet research. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop the tech know-how to make wise technology decisions.
