Warehouse Manager (E-Commerce)

About the role

This full-time E-Commerce Warehouse Manager role at DELI MALAYSIA E-COMMERCE SDN BHD' offers an exciting opportunity to lead the operations of a busy e-commerce warehouse in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. As the E-Commerce Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfilment and delivery to customers.

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of orders Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment Optimise warehouse layout and workflows to improve productivity and efficiency Oversee the performance of warehouse staff, providing training, support and motivation to drive continuous improvement Collaborate with the e-commerce and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery to customers Analyse warehouse data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and optimisation Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Job Requirement:

Significant experience (5+ years) in a warehouse management or e-commerce fulfilment role, preferably in the retail or logistics industries Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and order fulfilment processes Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Proficient in using warehouse management systems and data analysis tools A driven and results-oriented approach, with a focus on continuous improvement Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations in the warehousing and logistics industry Mandarin speaker is preferred to liase with Mandarin speaking clients

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
