Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Warehouse Manager

to oversee daily operations of our e-commerce fulfillment center. The role involves managing inventory, order fulfillment, inbound/outbound logistics, and leading warehouse staff to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:1. Warehouse Operations

Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts, storage systems, and process flows. Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and company policies. Optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.

2. Inventory Management

Manage stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts and reconciliations. Monitor product movement, shrinkage, and damages to maintain accuracy. Coordinate with procurement and merchandising teams to ensure stock availability. Implement barcode / WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking.

3. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. Liaise with courier and logistics partners for timely delivery and reverse logistics. Monitor order turnaround time, dispatch accuracy, and delivery performance metrics.

4. Team Management

Supervise and train warehouse staff (supervisors, pickers, packers, loaders, etc.). Plan and schedule workforce for peak and off-peak periods. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

5. Process Improvement & Reporting

Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements. Develop KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, on-time dispatch, inventory accuracy, cost per order). Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

4-8 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management (preferably in e-commerce or retail fulfillment). Experience working with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or ERP platforms. Strong background in order fulfillment, last-mile logistics, and returns management.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and warehouse software tools. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Strong communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of safety standards, lean warehousing, and process optimization.
