Job Description

• This role oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory is properly managed and resources are optimized.
• This role also lead the team and ensure the operation goes smooth.

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, promote teamwork, and provide training to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures, monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and minimize discrepancies.
• Optimize warehouse layout, improve processes, and coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Enforce safety protocols, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a secure work environment.
• Oversee the use of warehouse management systems (WMS), utilize data to make informed decisions, and drive operational improvements.
• Manage relationships with vendors and carriers, coordinate deliveries, and negotiate favorable terms.
• Monitor operational expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement efficiency improvements.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or similar roles.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills with proficiency in warehouse management systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the food and beverage industry.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and a focus on operational efficiency.
