Job Description

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations for both raw materials & finished goods to ensure efficient storage, handling and distribution. This role requires strong leadership, process optimization and compliance with safety and quality standards to support high-volume, fast moving goods.

  • Inventory Management:Maintain accurate stock levels, implement cycle counts, and ensure FIFO/FEFO practices.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch processes to meet service level agreements.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to SOPs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency improvements, including automation and WMS optimization.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food safety regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly KPIs on inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and cost control.
  • Logistics Coordination - Liaise with internal logistics team

  • A strong background in warehouse operations mangement, particularly in the FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven experience in managing warehouse operations and leading teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in warehouse operations.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
