Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration (preferred)
• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics setting

Responsibilities
Operations Management
1) To be responsible for the quality delivery of services contracted by the client, which include Warehousing,
Customer Service, Freight, Distribution (including Home Deliveries), Value Added Service (Product
Assembly, and Post-Delivery Service), etc.;
2) To provide the leadership to all teams in achieving the targets set for contractual KPIs;
3) To assist Warehouse Manager to set management controls to ensure all processes are measured,
tracked, benchmarked, and reported, and all leakages are plugged and performance gaps are eliminated;
4) To be responsible for the project implementation and successful & timely onboarding of new clients;
5) Devise continuous process improvement (CPI) initiatives to resolve issues, support client growth plan,
combat inflationary impact, or increase account profitability.
Outsourcing Vendor Management
6) To lead and assist in the vendor selection process, including the selection of vendors for services
outsourced vendor capability assessment and benchmarking;
7) To be responsible assist in setting vendors KPIs in conjunction with clients' contractual KPIs, price and
payment term negotiation, and vendor contract management;
8) To assist in establishing a vendor rating system to monitor, track, and benchmark the performance of
vendors, and take corrective action when necessary, which includes issuance of warning or termination
letters;
9) To ensure and assist in monitoring all vendors comply with Sinotrans company policy, regulatory, HSSE,
and reporting requirements.
Financial Management
10) To ensure all contractual services are priced with profitability, traceable, billable to the client, and stated
in the service agreement;
11) To ensure account profitability by working closely with the operation to control cost and eliminate
leakages (unproductive, stock damage/loss, etc);
12) To be responsible for the annual operating budget, monitoring actual spending, justifying discrepancies,
and reporting;
13) To collaborate with internal departments to develop continuous process improvement (CPI) initiatives to
enhance customer satisfaction;
14) To work with Finance to prepare financial reports, analysis, and commentary for management team
review;
15) To work with Finance to ensure invoicing to customers is relevant, accurate, and timely and no services
are provided without charge;
16) To work with Finance to ensure positive cash flow and negative working capital by acute management of
accounts receivables and accounts payable.Client Management
17) To assist in the weekly, monthly, and periodical operation review meetings with internal teams and
clients;
18) To support the Warehouse Manager as Represent the company and be the primary point of contact for
customers in the absent of Warehouse Manager;
19) To develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive
sponsors;
20) To ensure contractual deliverables are achieved and take proactive action on shortcomings;
21) To understand and seek resolutions to customer complaints and prevent additional issues by improving
processes & eliminating causes;
22) To communicate the monthly/quarterly/annual performance to the customers;
23) To keep accurate records of meetings and contacts with the customers.
Contract Management
24) Very well versed with the details and essence of the contract;
25) Manage contract renewal, negotiation, re-pricing, changes, etc.;
26) Negotiate with the customers to create a win-win relationship;
27) Build long-term relationships with the customers;
28) Increase stickiness with the customers by expanding the scope of business through cross-sell and up-
sell initiatives.

29) Work closely with the company's HSSE Head to ensure full compliance with internal, regulatory, and the
client policies.
