Job Description

Inventory Management:



Maintain accurate inventory records Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock audits. Identify and address stock discrepancies.

Warehouse Operations:



Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods. Implement efficient layout and storage strategies to maximize space. Ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Team Leadership:



Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff. Promote teamwork and a safety-first culture. Labor efficiency and overtime control

Safety and Compliance:



Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) in safe condition. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 3-7 years of warehouse or logistics management experience. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of inventory control principles and logistics best practices. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Forklift certification (advantageous).

Work Environment:



Fast-paced distribution Physically active role, some lifting and warehouse presence required. Collaboration with sales, purchasing, and customer service departments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
