Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and coordinate activities related to warehouse, shipping, inventory, logistics equipment, and vehicles in an accurate, timely, efficient and effective manner.
- Establish operational procedures for all work processes in logistics, ranging from warehouse, delivery and order replenishment.
- To work closely and able to problem solve on warehouse issues when issue arise.
- Conduct analysis of business processes and workflow in the storage and distribution system, to make suggestions for improvements in resource management (personnel, equipment, facilities) and system management (internal processes, procedures, and software) up to the implementation of the related sub-functions.
- Create measures of success in warehouse, regularly monitor and analyze, and create improvement plans.
- Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & communication skill
- Candidate should possess initiative and be able to work independently
- Candidate should have experience in warehouse system management
- Proficient in both written and spoken languages, English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Candidate should be able to work under high stress environment
