Job Description
This is a hands-on leadership role managing a centralized warehouse for a leading retail healthcare company. You'll oversee large-scale pallet movements and optimize processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage day-to-day operations of a centralized warehouse
- Oversee pallet movements, picking-to-store processes, and multiple stations
- Implement warehouse discipline and optimize workflows
- Ensure effective use of warehouse systems and processes
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational excellence
A successful Warehouse Manager should have:
- Strong, hands-on leader with experience in high-volume warehouse operations
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Ability to enforce discipline and motivate teams
- Strategic thinker with operational problem-solving skills
