Job responsibility

• Lead and manage a team of warehouse executives, supervisors, coordinators, and staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, on-time delivery, and labor productivity
• Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
• Ensure all departments and work environment is neat, organized and as clean as possible (5s).
• Ensure physical security of goods to prevent theft and losses.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency, productivity, and accuracy
• Liase with hauliers for container inbound coordination.
• Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads
• Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner
• Implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
• Excellent leadership skills, including the abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict
• To revise operation processes for improvement
• Other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time
• Reports to W&D/Operation Manager
