• Bachelor\'s Degree preferred
• At least 2 year working experience in same field of work.
• Well written and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work to schedule timelines in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Initiative, detailed-oriented, independent, and strong sense of urgency.
• High degree of self-motivation with good working attitude
• Possess a valid VDL/GDL license as needed to drive van/lorry to perform duties.

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible for the overall warehouse inventory accuracy, monthly and annual stock take.
• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational warehouse and distribution activities, warehouse budget, ensuring the right products/cargoes delivered to the customers at the right time.
• Continuously improve the warehouse workflow and application systems to ensure that each section of operation and systems can operate smoothly.
• Monitor warehouse processes to ensure that the companies implement accordance to process flow and policy.
• Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
• Plan and review demand and supply forecast data; coordinate discussion with production team on fulfilment of forecast quantity.
• Keep stock control system up to date and ensure inventories are accurate. Making recommendations on which items to order and restock
• Enforce FIFO principle in storage and replenishment of materials to minimize ageing, deterioration and wastage of materials.
• Enforce proper housekeeping and compliance to the standards required by the company and industrial practice to ensure that all operations at the warehouse are compliant to safety, environmental and health standards.
• Maintaining good documentation and keeping accurate records of all warehouse activities.
• Liaise with transport companies, suppliers, and customers. Ensure customer orders are dispatched/distributed in accordance with the agreed service agreement, quality objective and delivery deadlines are met.
• Planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment etc.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff to carry out and support daily operation activities, ensuring effective distribution and inventory system within the logistics facilities. Monitoring staff performance and progress to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
• Produce reports and statistic as requested by the Management.
• Any other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
