JOB DESCRIPTION :

To arrange, coordinate and prioritize daily warehouse work activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping, to meet customer requirements and deadlines. Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a productive and cohesive working environment. To determine the most efficient use of storage space and implement proper shelving labelling and arrangement of products in order to provide easy accessibility and systematic storage of goods. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits. To implement proper handling procedures train staff on safe material handling practices and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. To perform additional task as and when assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

Candidate must possess or pursuing a

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in logistics, shipping, business administration, accounts, finance or related

Minimum

3 years' experience

in warehouse / inventory management experience preferably in food industry. Independent with strong leadership, analytical and problems solving skills. Good written & verbal communication skills in

both English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficiency in computer software such as

Microsoft Office applications

and knowledge in

WMS syste

m will be an added advantage. Able to drive a

forklift

or

reach truck

(added advantage)

BENEFITS :

Basic salary range from

RM1,700-RM2,300

based on experience. Medical outpatient include dental

WORKING DAY & HOUR :

Monday - Friday & 8:30am - 5:30pm

Old Town White Coffee (Lot 896, Jalan Subang 10, Taman Perindustrian Subang, 47600 Subang Jaya, Selangor)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
