Job Description

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Officer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient material handling, and compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Management

Plan, organize, and supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of goods. Ensure compliance with proper storage conditions. Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards throughout the warehouse area.
2. Inventory Control

Ensure accurate stock levels through periodic stock counts and cycle counts. Investigate and resolve inventory variances promptly. Update stock records in the ERP system in real time.
3. Coordination & Documentation

Coordinate closely with procurement, QA, production, and delivery teams. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation such as GRN, DO, and stock movement reports. Ensure proper batch and lot tracking in accordance with ISO 13485 requirements. Plan daily workload and assign tasks effectively.
4. Audit & Compliance

Ensure full compliance with ISO 13485, MDA requirements, and internal SOPs. Prepare for and support internal and external audits

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field Minimum 2-3 years experience in warehouse operations, preferably in medical/regulated industry Familiar with, ISO 13485, and SQL systems Able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and solve problems proactively

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
