LocationMalaysia - Kuala Lumpur The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
:
- Involved in main tasks based on department allocation mainly for key departments such as Inbound, Outbound, Inventory
- Other tasks involve Quality Check and control, Re-stocking, Picking, Packing, Manifest, Outbound
- Ensure high productivity, achieving targets and goals set by the department
- Contribute to ensuring a good operation outcome
- Any ad-hoc task assigned
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least SPM
- Willing to learn, work independently in a warehouse environment settings
- Prior working experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
- Possess own transportation & basic computer literate
- Able to commit at least 3 or 6 months to this contract position
- Working arrangement: 6 working days, 1 off day (Rotational), Shift if required
- Working hours: 8AM to 5PM (Normal), 5PM to 7PM (Overtime)
- Working location: Bukit Raja, Klang
