Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain, update & follow up all inventory records and ensure records always tally with system (inbound & outbound). Assist to do relocation daily and direct to the inventory system also follow if there are issue raising. Access inventory output on a weekly and monthly basis to check and make sure system and physical stock are tallied & also follow up if there are issues rising. Assist in stock counting and cycle count to follow up for any issue or problems. Can assist purchasing department on the stock holding level/physical stock with warehouse. Communicate with sales department on stock holding enquiries, if have any requirement from them. To update or collect the material request and return form from production and warehouse department and update in the inventory list & if there is any issue regarding the material request need to follow up. To update Proforma Job Sheet (PJS) for trade item (CV), Local order and Straightforward order. To assist on cycle count process and get the checks daily basis. To check out going items and verify on trade items. Ensure correct labeling, documentation, and packing standards. Receive, unload, and check incoming goods against delivery orders. Label and store items properly in the designated locations. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery. Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles. Perform other duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirement:

Minimum SPM qualifications. Must be able to communicate, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia / English. Possessing valid forklift driving certificates is an added advantage - training will be provided. Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), 5S knowledge is a plus Perform work as per work instruction.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
