Manage the entire Operations of the Company. Ensure the performance efficiency of the team. Handle Clients in terms of Operational issues, Functions, and Reports. Ensure Client stocks are received and orders processed within SLA. Solve operational issues. Monitor the performance of team members. Improve efficiency of storage and processes. Sourcing of packaging materials. Sourcing of operations equipment, instruments, etc. Accomplishes warehouse operations, communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. Meets warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems; evaluating and recommending new equipment. Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process workflow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout; implementing changes. Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. Accomplishes warehouse operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Job requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum

5-8 years

of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations. Proven experience in a

supervisory or managerial

role within a warehouse or distribution environment. Experience with

WMS (Warehouse Management System)

or preferred. Strong understanding of

inventory control

,

shipping and receiving

,

order fulfillment

, and

logistics coordination

. Knowledge of

health, safety, and environmental (HSE)

regulations. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management tools. Ability to analyze data and generate operational reports (KPI tracking, productivity metrics, etc.).

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
