Requirements

• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, with the ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (both day and night).
• Candidates with leadership experience in logistics will be prioritized.
• Results-driven with a strong understanding of e-commerce logistics, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, inventory control, returns, and related functions.
• Strategically allocate manpower to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, lower operational costs, and improve overall satisfaction.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to support the achievement of key business performance indicators.
• Lead staff training and team development initiatives to build a high-performing workforce.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordinate timely resolution of operational issues.
• Undertake any additional duties as assigned by management from time to time.
