• Position: Warehouse Operations Assistant.

• Salary: RM 2000-2800.
• Job location: Westport CFS-2, Pulau Indah; North Port, Port Kelang, Selangor.

Chrisjac Recruitment is currently seeking application from junior warehouse operators to take up the vacancies that are available with a third party logistics company at Port Klang area. They have immediate job openings at their warehouse facilities at both West Port and North port.
The vacancies are permanent positions and form part of the warehouse operations team to manage the cargo/shipments that have have been imported or to be exported.
About the job
This role will be warehouse based and therefore not in a conventional office environment. This is a full-time permanent position and the role is primarily to help facilitate the smooth running of the warehouse operations activities.
The general duties will involve the following role:
xc2xb7Perform cargo loading and unloading.
xc2xb7To perform physical counts, tally and surface inspection of cargo upon receiving/delivery.
xc2xb7To store cargoes in proper location assigned within the warehouse.
xc2xb7To perform cargo issuance.
xc2xb7Picking, packing and dispatch of cargo according to ownership and destinations.
Requirements
xc2xb7Malaysians in age group 23-38.
xc2xb7Punctual with positive work ethic.
xc2xb7Physically fit with ability to lift and carry.
xc2xb7Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics Management or Business.
xc2xb7Forklift license will be ideal, useful and beneficial.
xc2xb7The ideal candidate for this role will be someone well organized with 2-3 years experience in warehouse operations, picking and packing ,customer services or similar environment preferred, and have the ability to communicate effectively with the team and customers.
xc2xb72-3 years of previous warehouse operations, especially in 3PL facility has a huge advantage and will be highly regarded.
xc2xb7Hands on and hardworking with knowledge of both warehouse and logistics practices.
xc2xb7Proficient with ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Candidates who wish to be considered for this role must be willing to be based within warehouse environment and have own means of transport to be accessible to North Port/West Port area.
