Job Description

Oversee day-to-day all warehouse operations. Ensure warehouse operations in line with organizational vision and missions. Ensure efficient space utilization of warehouse. Plan and coordinate to enforce optimal operational policies and procedures. Develop procedures and policies that ensure efficient flow of work by maximizing efficiency and minimizing overtime. Manage inventory control and reconcile with system. Maintain accurate and efficient inventory control and investigate any discrepancies. Maintain systematic and accurate record and documentation. Manage warehouse P&L, billing, costing and budgeting. Plan and allocate resources to meet daily operational requirements. Monitor staff productivity. Manage and train staff to solve day-to-day operational issues and to achieve short and long-term operational goals. Appraise staff performance. Attend to customers' enquiries and problems. Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided. Liaise with customers, suppliers, contractors and other departments. Identify risks and investigate incidents. Investigate and troubleshoot incidents, problems and irregularities. Ensure the warehouse and staff are compliant with work procedures, policies, health and safety rules and regulations. Prepare reports in a timely manner. Perform routine inspection of the warehouse. Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse area. Identify areas of improvement (e.g. processes, procedures, working environment, etc.) Maintain supplies and equipment. Escalate or report issues to Management and recommend potential solutions. Confer and coordinate activities with other departments. Monitor staff attendance, health, satisfaction, working attitude, and communicate with HRA Department on any issues. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

Minimum Degree in related field. Minimum five (5) years of experience as warehouse managerial roles. Warehouse management, inventory management, time management, leadership, problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, organizational, supervisory, warehouse management system, computer, report, data analysis, equipment maintenance, facility management, teamwork, attention to details, safety compliance, flexibility, stress management.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
