Position Title : Warehouse Operator

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM2,500

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Managing receiving and storing of raw materials, oversea shipments and other receivables.

\xc2\xb7 Actively cooperate with production dept.to ensure adequate production material and rotation.

\xc2\xb7 Signing for shipments upon receipt and verifying that the correct merchandize has been received.

\xc2\xb7 Thoroughly inspecting receivables for any damage and discrepancies.

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining the correct record of all merchandize received, shipped or distributed. Input data into company ERP system.

\xc2\xb7 Using forklift, hand carts or pallet jacks to load, unload, move, stack and arrange goods or materials accordingly.

\xc2\xb7 Strategically storing merchandize to maximize storage space within warehouse and production area.

\xc2\xb7 Weighting goods and selecting appropriate crates, pallets and/or other package materials for packing of ready goods.

\xc2\xb7 Arranging packing, sealing, labelling of goods according to company standards.

\xc2\xb7 Arranging local and oversea shipments, including loading or unloading of goods into / from containers

\xc2\xb7 Preparing packing lists and other relevant storage/deliveries documentations.

\xc2\xb7 Establishing of Min/Max levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating the purchase of needed goods/materials if levels goes close to Min.

\xc2\xb7 5S management

Requirement

\xc2\xb7 Min high school or college degree

\xc2\xb7 3-5 years relevant working experience

\xc2\xb7 Familiar with logistics procedures, warehouse management.

\xc2\xb7 Skilful and experienced in Forklift driving and operations. Valid forklift license.

\xc2\xb7 Basic English or Mandarin.

• Basic IT skills (MS Office, Outlook, ERP).
• Ability to multitask on a team and alone
