The Warehouse Operator is responsible for carrying out daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and issuing materials. This role ensures that all warehouse operations are performed accurately, safely, and efficiently to support production and overall company operations.
Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming materials and check quantity/condition before storing.
Assist in unloading and loading goods using manual handling or equipment (if trained).
Pick and issue materials to production based on the request form or system instructions.
Perform basic stock arrangement and maintain proper labeling and organization of items.
Follow FIFO/FEFO practices when handling materials.
Conduct daily housekeeping to ensure warehouse cleanliness and adherence to 5S standards.
Assist in simple stock count activities (daily, weekly, or monthly).
Ensure all materials are stored safely and comply with warehouse rules.
Report any damaged, missing, or abnormal items to the Warehouse Executive/Supervisor.
Support other warehouse tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Able to read and follow basic instructions.
Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting work.
Responsible, disciplined, and willing to work overtime when required.
Basic warehouse experience is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
