Job Description

Requirements:

-Good organizational and time management skills.

-Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.

-Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.

-Verbal and written communication skills.

-Logical reasoning, numerical skills, technical skills

-Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems.

-Ability to lift heavy objects and to operate forklift effectively.

-Current forklift license (optional)

-Valid drivers' license.

-Available to work extended hours.

and Responsibility:

-Preparing, processing and completing warehouse and daily orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)

-Preparing, processing and complete receive warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)

-Processing daily order (packing order)

-Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high.

-Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.

-Liaising with logistic companies, suppliers and clients.

-Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.

-Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.

-Report any discrepancies.

-Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
